  • Overview

    The Customer Service Representative will deliver a high level of service to CSC’s customers.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Accurate order entry ensuring all information is correct via phone, fax, EDI or e-mail
    • Accurate and thorough review of Terms & Conditions for all purchase orders. Refer any questions for proper resolution to Team Lead
    • Work with Sales Reps and field staff for order resolution and customer satisfaction
    • RMA creation & Follow-up on non-returned parts and enter invoice as required
    • Organize and maintain all required paperwork, records and documentation
    • Provides suggestions for improvement of departmental processes
    • Maintains professional demeanor during all interactions with customers
    • Works effectively and efficiently to resolve customer issues or escalates to Team Lead
    • Complete special projects as needed

    Qualifications

    • The selected candidate must have 2-4 years related experience in customer service or sales order processing
    • The successful candidate will possess the ability to learn CSC products and medical/legal terminology associated with purchase orders, bids and quotations
    • High rate of data entry accuracy and detail attention required
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and Access are required
    • Knowledge of Syteline ERP System is a bonus
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in both the written and verbal form
    • Some overtime required
