Perform assembly operations according to written procedures, drawings, and established workmanship standards.
Demonstrate a consistent working knowledge of the Cardiac Science quality, documentation, environmental, and material management systems including, but not limited to:
Good Manufacturing Practices, (GMP,) Non conforming material processing (NMR), work order procedures, and general work flow.
Maintain or exceed acceptable productivity levels while maintaining a consistent and acceptable level of quality.
Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP's.
Set up, operate, and maintain equipment and tools in accordance with written and verbal instructions.
Ensure adequate quantities of supplies and components are available at all times and initiate replenishment as required within the work station.
Assist in the general cleaning of the work environment according to established procedures and guidelines. Ensure the work station and surrounding area are clean and orderly at the end of each day.
Comply with company policies and procedures regarding Employee health, safety, and conduct.
Maintain attendance within acceptable limits per company policy and submit accurate records of time worked.
Other duties as assigned.
A Level I Assembler should have a minimum of three months relevant experience in assembly techniques or similar processing of components.
Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
Employee must be able to read, write, and communicate in the English language, and must have demonstrated the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and follow written instructions.
